5 Sentidos Cuishe

$117.99

Eleuterio Perez, also known as "Tío Tello," produced this batch with the help of his son Eduardo, at their palenque in El Nanche, Oaxaca. Tío Tello has been making mezcal for over 50 years and upholds a uniquely artesian tradition of production compared to the rest of the producers in Miahuatlan. Tio Tello harvests exclusively mature agave and maintains a process of hand mashing that is essentially lost in the region. Expect aromas of stone fruit, and a round mouth feel with notes of sweet spice and lavender.
